A fast-talking presenter this morning at Grand Rounds made a passing
reference to "the recent issue" of the American Journal of Therapeutics,
containing the comprehensive, definitive article on managing sickle cell
pain crises.  This is ALL the information I have.  This journal is not
indexed in Medline (apparently, it's a fairly new journal), and the LWW
website gives only subscription info, no content that I can find.  Can
anyone help me out with just the full citation for this?  As always, now and
forever - thank you thank you thank you!
