OK, collective brain... We are in search of training materials on the
subject of sexual harassment, specifically intended for use for educating
"perpetrators," and ideally in the healthcare setting. Our Training
Coordinator is hoping for something that would give examples of behaviors to
enlighten viewers that what they think is "harmless" or "just joking" or "I
never meant it that way..." may in fact be harmful and construed as
harassment or a hostile or uncomfortable environment. I have info. on two
videos, one called "Sexual harassment: is it or isn't it? for healthcare"
and one called "Sexual harassment in healthcare: relearning the rules," but
thought I would check with you folks for any other gems you may have run
across. Thanks much!
