New York State's Office of Mental Health has also blocked this site. I am in the process of exploring the rationale behind the filtering done at the agency level. Here's another category I'll have to check out!

Columbia/HCA actuallystopped me from looking at this site !! Is anyone else
getting the same filtering?  I have not had a problem with other University
