I would suggest looking into the annual Philips Exeter Math & Technology
conference.  I took a mini course (8 or 10 hrs, I believe) a couple years ago
on the use of the graphing calculator in teaching mathematics, and it was
quite helpful and interesting.

Their weeklong conferences are usually around the third and fourth week in
