Dear Clerks & Treasurers:  Please be advised that at the Executive Board
meeting on Wednesday, April 12, the following policy was established:

VMCTA as an Association is testifying strictly on the technical portion of
the Civil Unions Bill.  If you have any personal issues with this bill you
need to contact your Lesgislators individually with your concerns.
