In Holland we file our PTRs numerically as they come in which usually is
date order, too, in a manila file folder by year beginning January 1st.
In the front of the file we keep a running index showing date received,
Transfer number, Grantor, Grantee, Check number for State Property taxes
paid, Amount paid, and date sent to Tax Dept. At a glance we can find
what we are looking for.
