i have a resident who is unable to work for the next 9 or so months. he
would like to know if there are any laws against an ongoing summer yard sale
in his yard. our town has no zoning, but someone mentioned that there may be
a state law regarding this. i couldnt find anything - does anyone know of a
regulation or law against this? anyone have this type of situation in their
town? thanks, joanne
