LifeLine does charge the 'clients' for their services ... at last look
approximately $35 per procedure. This amount is paid by the 'client' given
it is not covered by Medicare. Furthermore, I have never seen them refer a
patient with appropriate signs or symptoms to a reputable Medicare Part B
laboratory for a complete study (which would cost the patient roughly the
same amount as LifeLine's study in terms of out-of-pocket expense) without
first doing their study and taking the 'clients' money (consequently roughly
doubling the cost to the patient).

Quick question. Are these companies being reimbursed for their services?
