Mary,
News to me, never heard any FDA regulations on that one. Our surgeons use
sterile only use sterile gel in the wound, not sterile gel. Sterile gel goe
inside of the probe cover at the "boot" of the probe.

Connie,
We were under the impression that the FDA had not approved the use of
sterile gel in body cavities, therefore we were using sterile saline in the
cover and the body. Do you or anyone else know differently?
