Lorraine, For greater than 60%, we use >180 cm/sec with post stenotic
turbulence and a dampened waveform distally, acceleration time >100ms. Most
stenoses exhibit velocities much higher than 180 and we have had a few
minimally diseased vessels with PSV in the 160-200 range) so be sure to
document all the other things. We have had excellent success when all
criteria are used.
