Do any of you have this journal, or access to Embase (which is the only
place that indexes the current issues)?

I'm trying to chase down an article from Phlebologie in 1999.  The
information I have is that one of the authors is J Brodersen; another is A
Kapp.  It appears to be in volume 28, pages 149-52.  The title is: Treatment
of telangiectasias by Photoderm VL and Scleroplus-Laser.

If any of you have this and can supply it, I'll be happy to pay up to
$15.00.  It's not a rush.  If you don't have it, but can verify it in
Embase, then at least I can put it into DOCLINE.
