Greetings, Gentlefolk,
Please forgive my incredible ignorance on this topic, but I'm trying to give
myself a crash course on the topic. What I'm wondering is if anyone is
using systems which deal with ILL's from beginning to end - specifically
where the user enters the information into a web based form, which then gets
submitted directly to the library's ordering system without having to be
re-keyed.
I would imagine that such things are likely to exist, but are they available
off the shelf? Are people using home-grown systems? Can such things be
integrated with the document ordering feature on Ovid Web?
Feel free to reply to me directly. If there's interest, I'll summarize the
response for the list.
Thanks,
Tim
