I put copies of the flyer in all the profs/lecturer's mailboxes and asked
them to announce the picnic to their classes.
If you, or anyone else, would like to promote CSSA and the picnic, please
check in with the appropriate lecturer first.
I know that Jackie is giving an exam this week, so her sections of CS21
only have class on Tuesday. She has agreed to announce the picnic in her
classes. And I'll make an announcement again during the exam.
I'm on my way to post flyers around the building. We got lots of COOL
colors from the printing folks!!! Check them out! Scott and Caitlin did
a great job on design.
