Of course the picnic can be planned with out me. normally the date is
picked in may before everyone splits for the summer. this weekend is short
notice to get arrangements made i think. if charlie can't make it next
weekend how about the weekend after that the 23. after all that will be
the second day of fall :)

i agree the officers and anyone interested in planning should meet to make
plans. i would suggest meeting now to make plans for the semester. don't
expect the general membership to attened these meetings, expect them to
attend the functions :)
