The application window for year-four E-rate applications will remain
open until 11:59 P.M. EST on Thursday, January 18, 2001.  Applicants
should note that year four filing requirements demand that all materials
associated with the form 471 application, including certifications and
an original signature by the authorized person, must be completed and
