The Registrar's Office has designated the following deadlines for obtaining
the schedule of courses for Fall 2001:
**** DUE DATE: FRIDAY, February 9, 2001 Departments to Deans ****
**** DUE DATE: FRIDAY, February 16, 2001 Deans to Registrar ****
Because instructors need clarification of the availability of the teaching
classrooms in 113 Waterman prior to submitting their course offerings to
their Deans, Account Services has set deadlines for receipt and
confirmation of requests for classroom use as follows:
**** DUE DATE: TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 6 ****

**** NOTIFICATION OF CONFLICTS: WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 7 ****
(Account Services to Instructors)
**** CONFIRMATION: THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8 ****
(Account Services to Instructors)
CIT's policy regarding conflicts in classroom requests:
Conflicts are to be resolved by the instructors and/or their respective
Department Chairs or Deans. Once the conflicts have been resolved, the new
requests must be resubmitted via the Web form.
To request use of the teaching classrooms in 113 Waterman, please fill out
and submit the on-line form located at:
http://cit.uvm.edu/cgi-bin/lab.pl
PLEASE NOTE: E-mail and telephone requests for classrooms reservations
cannot be accepted. Cancellations may be sent via e-mail.
