Hi Folks:
Attached are the finalized minutes of the March regular board meeting.
This reflects the procedure I am proposing to follow, which will be:  I
will submit a draft of the minutes shortly after the meeting, expecting
all corrections, etc. to be submitted to me within a few days.  I will
then produce a finalized version which will be the one that will be
submitted for approval at our next meeting.  This finalized version is
the one that I will submit to MES_POST.   ..... Wavell
