i think that both stories are true - supposedly Betsy (God bless her soul
for saving MRG) had a conversation at the Grand Union in Waitsfield, and
they so offended her fine sensibilities that she said "Stay off my
Mountain"...................as it was her right as sole owner prior to the
Coop.............

.........and i think there was a real concern about the unloading on the
Single...............
