we all find it offensive and the mail is not intentional. it is junk mail
just like you get in snail mail. you may remove yourself from the list at
anytime by folling the directions sent to you when you first joined the
list. I will see if there is a way to stop outside mail from being
deleivered to the list.

when ever you want to get off a list you never send a message to the list
it just clutters up the list.

To unsubscribe to a mailing list, send email to: [log in to unmask] and
include an unsubscribe command on the first line of your message. For
example if
Joan Jackson wanted to leave the cssa  list, the command would be:
unsub cssa
