Hi all;
We're getting ready to meet w/ someone who designs patron satisfaction
surveys, and are trying to come up with good questions that we'd like to
have them include when we do ours.

If you have such a survey--or know of where I could see one--please send it
on to me.  Surveys from any library are appreciated!
