I use their OVID tutorial and the CINAHL is pretty good. The thing I did not like about this is that it is not as interactive as the OVID tutorial. This is a good tutorial. It also got good reviewers from the submitter. My best intro is a video done by the CINAHL company called "See the cites with Cinahl". It is generic so it does not matter what vendor you access Cinahl through online.
