Come on over and see our vault.
We recently updated our index card filing cabinet when Sterling College
computerized their library index. We got a very large wooden cabinet with
72 drawers, FREE. I would suggest contacting area libraries to see if they
are using their Freeman Foundation grants to do away with their card
files. I understand that many libraries will be doing this in the next few
years, and most will be happy to have you haul away their cabinet.
We have a hanging mylar envelope system from Brown's River for our survey
plats and it is wonderful. We also still have two old map books, one 11x
17 and one 18 x 24 if anyone wants them. They are going in the dumpster if
I don't hear from anyone soon.
