Can someone tell me the costs of these map storage units? They look
wonderful to have, but the costs that I have been quoted are OUTRAGEOUS and
the Selectboard is frowning at the thought of putting $4000 into map
storage. At the moment I have about 125 or so maps.
However, the town recently received a map grant and part of the money was
used to scan all of the maps onto a cd-rom. This is an absolutely fabulous
cd - except that the cost of the rewriting the disks.
