Barb, Juli and other interested parties,
The Public Records Advisory Board has set the following retention periods
for the items that you are discussing:
Report of Democratic and Republican Caucus and Other Organized Political
- 2 years, then offer to Secretary of State's Archives for their disposal
per Disposition Order #9820.088
Caucus Meetings, Notice of
- 2 years per Disposition Order #9816.016
I believe that since these documents are only required to be kept for 2
years that simply filing them is adequate.
