Thanks Peter,
I've been micromilling several species of bivalves recovered from
surface grab samples and from cores. I'm trying to calibrate the
oxygen isotope value/temperature system for each species in order to
recover long term (Holocene) oceanographic variability. Carbon is a
less straighforward system to work with because of metabolic carbon
in the mollusc shell. The more recent the data sets for water the
better. I'll take a look at the GEOSECs data and hopefully that be
all the further I need to look.
Cheers,
Bill
