IE 5.5 sort of does this actually. Say I goto www.imdbb.com, which
doesn't exist. IE bumps me to
http://auto.search.msn.com/results.asp?cfg=DNSERROR&FORM=DNSERR&v=1&q=imdbb%2Ecom
