Note to Bill Romond, Phil Hyjek and others -
I am sad that I started the complains about the services that Alelphia
is going to provide, but it has been very frustrating to hear for the
past year and half that we would see free cable ISP services. I know
that you are all very busy, but I would like to know who I could talk to
about actually making this happen in the near future. (Next 6 to 8
months) Do I talk with someone at the public service bureau? If so who
would it be? I am willing to take up the charge, but I will need some
help to know what the orders from the Public service bureau are and who
from the Public service bureau or a representative from DOE can be in
the conversation with me with Alelphia. Let me know were I might start
to take the next steps and calling Alelphia service reps. does not get
me anywhere, so if there is a higher place in the chain to call at
Alelphia I am more that willing to talk with them.

It would be nice to know when we are even going to see this service in
the
Newport area. They keep telling me that it will be in a few months well
months have turned into well over a year. Now they won't even respond.
At
least we get by with out 56k frame relay.

If anyone has any written direction from
Adelphia regarding use of the connection
I'd appreciate seeing it.
