Thanks once again to the Rutland County Audubon group for hosting a fun and educational walk at the West Rutland Marsh. It is a beautiful area as well as an IBA and I am happy to have been present on the walk that completed one full year of monitoring and when the 100 species mark was broken! The American Bittern and the Yellow-throated Vireo were life birds for me - thanks! You are a friendly group and I hope I can continue to join you in this important project from time to time.
