A Sunday morning Dead Creek expedition to find Bald Eagles in Dead Creek
with my sister, Sarah, yielded the following results:

2 Bald Eagles - both an immature and an adult...was a fantasic sight!!!
3 Northern Harriers
1 immature Red Tailed Hawk
3 Kestrels - 1 with a mouse in it's talons
9 Great Blue Herons
2 Green Herons
2 Black Crowned Night Herons
2 female Wood Ducks
2 female Mallards
1 Ring Necked Pheasant - on West St. in Panton, VT.
1 Female Eastern Bluebird
Many Savanah Sparrows
Many Tree and Barn Swallows - Got a really good look at a Barn Swallow
feeding nestlings, BS are very beautiful birds!
1 Eastern Pewee
2 Yellow Warblers
2 Killdeer
1 Brown Thrasher
