    A female RUFOUS HUMMINGBIRD was reportedly regularly visiting feeders at
the home of Ginny Freeman on Flamstead Road in Chester this past week. It
was seen as recently as today. The bird has been well seen by her and other
area birders and even photographed, though photos have not yet been
circulated. She is more than happy to have people come to visit. Her number
is 802-875-2750.
    Brilyea Access at Dead Creek in Addison continues to be productive. On
the 28th, 2 RED KNOTS, 6 BAIRD¹S SANDPIPERS and 7 SHORT-BILLED DOWITCHERS
were present in addition to the usual species.
    A SNOWY EGRET was seen at Charlotte Town Beach this week, but apparently
did not stay. A GLOSSY IBIS was reported from Brilyea on the afternoon of
the 24th.
