The committee will meet on Thursday, October 3, from 10 to 12, in John Dewey
Lounge in Old Mill. The meeting I promise in my first memo to you all :-)

 Please let Mariette Shepard (6-0123; email:  [log in to unmask]) know
whether or not you will be attending ..  or who will be coming in your place.

  PLEASE COME PREPARED WITH:
1. The name of the person identified as the HIPAA compliance officer from
your unit (presumably you!).
2. Names of any other units we may have overlooked that shoould be included.
3.BRING THE COMPLETED "CSU health Care Survey"
4. Answer the questions (in writing) under #5 of the memo of 9/12/02 and
bring them with you.
 5. And please read as much information that you have on this exciting topic!

 The agenda will include:

 Introductions of the group & the "steering" committee
 Information as to steps taken in the last 3 weeks.
 Plans for next steps:
        - What your roles & responsibilities will be
        - Time lines
        - Use of consultants
 Q&A
