I must agree with Brad. Our First Class server requires little to no
maintenance and has operated very well for over a year now. It was rushed
into place just before school began in 2001 with only a few minor issues.
There are 135 users in the system and I have found it a breeze to use as
an administrator. Unlike many other mail clients, I doubt anyone is
spending much time writing viruses for the FC client software.
The user interface is a little clumsy for the technically astute, but
incredibly easy to use, especially for the novices.
