At Newport City we are using Outlook/Exchange Server with our K12 address.
We have had few problems and our Norton seems to be protecting us from
viruses. I have not been told of any spam problems.

Yup, you are right on all accounts. Outlook is a better product. But
we have more problems with it and viruses then we do with Eudora.
Mostly because of how we configure it. Our virus software scans the
incoming mail but administrative users like to store it on their
desktop, thus by-passing periodic network scans.... Here is a
question: Have other schools using k12 addresses had a HUGE influx of
spam in the last 6 weeks? We are being hammered by spam, some of it
pornographic....... We are currently experimenting with a spamguard
It's always something.....
