    LAKE CHAMPLAIN MARINE FORECAST

   National Weather Service Burlington VT
   340 AM EDT Thu Oct 10 2002

   The Lake Champlain open waters forecast.

   Today: South Wind 10 to 20 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
   Tonight: South Wind 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet. Chance of
   showers or drizzle with visibility possibly lowering to 3 to 5 miles.
   Friday: Southeast wind 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet.

   The Lake Champlain Lake level at the King Street ferry dock was 94.78
   feet. The water temperature was 58 degrees.
