The Lake Champlain open waters forecast.
A Lake wind advisory remains in effect for tonight,
Tonight: Wind becoming northwest at 15 to 25 knots. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
Showers developing and ending by late evening, reducing the visibility
to 3 to 5 miles.
Columbus day: Northwest wind 15 to 20 knots, becoming north and
diminishing to 10 to 15 knots in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
Monday Night: Light and variable wind, with calm water.
Tuesday: Wind becoming southeast at 10 to 15 knots. Waves building to
1 to 2 feet.
The Lake Champlain Lake level at the King Street ferry dock was 94.56
feet. The water temperature was 58 degrees.
The ultraviolet index for Monday, October 14 is a 3. This is in the
low category.
