Dear all,

I have upgraded my web-site about the contents of my books. I am sorry this
is not the final upgrade, as was my aim. But only small changes are expected
in future. Number of pages for the book volumes, although still is a rather
rough estimate, is more close to reality too.
Also the style changed into a listing of the chapters in both volumes now.
