Dear All,

I would be grateful if anyone could reply to me (not the list unless
interest is expressed in which case I can summarise) if they know of
a supplier /manufacturer of exetainer type bottles that have a
crimpable top, rather than a screw-top.

These exetainers are routinely used in our lab in conjunction with AP
gas prep interface and mass spec for measurements of 18O of water and
CO2 headspace samples. The dimensions are approx 10ml volume, 101mm
high by 15.5 mm external ID. I could take a slightly smaller or
larger volume, but the external ID must be matched quite well if to
fit into our existing sample tray.

I have  contacted the exetainer supplier (Labco) for advice (but they
only offer the screwcap), and spent some time on-line searching
before asking you guys for help, but have had little success, so time
to put the message out to the experts:-)
