Yes,
The speed of sound in blood is 1.57 mm/us compared to 1.54 mm/us in liver
and 1.45 mm/us in fat, 1.65 mm/us in cartilage.
Although all of the manufacturers that I know of use the speed of 1.54
mm/us for the Doppler equation, they should be using 1.57 mm/us.
The difference is trivial, and unimportant.
