The recent snow has excelerated the activity at my feeder. There have been
over 36 juncos, 5 fox sparrows, 4 American Tree Sparrows, 3 Goldfinches, 2
Titmice, and a challenging to identify immature White-Crowned Sparrow
(sounds like a Christmas song) plus the usual native birds. This is probably
the only fun event to come out of the early winter.
