My partner, Dona Brown, found half a pigeon late yesterday by the Waterman
Building. She remarked on this to me because it reminded her of the
neatly-severed pigeon head she had encountered a half-dozen years ago
beneath the water tower, directly beneath the roost of the then-resident
Peregrine.
