I found this on Microsoft's Newsgroup for Outlook.

While on the Google site when I searched for "OS X" and selected

    "Search only in microsoft.public.outlook.mac"

option, a bunch of articles came up. This seems to be a great resource for
answers. Maybe it'll help!
