Especially likely considering that the perches described are ones often
favored by the Red tail. (By the way, it is actually leucistic rather
than albino. Albinism is an ON or OFF kind of thing. This bird has
dark eyes rather than pink ones, and at least a quarter of its plumage
is "standard" eastern Red Tail.) Even if it's not a Snowy Owl,
however, this is a very striking bird visually as well as
professionally. It's definitely worth the trip.
For those who do travel to see this bird, note that this road goes to
people's homes. Please park on only one side, and don't block traffic.
