Greetings Aikido Mastas,
First off, to those who have no heard yet, I am the new Aikido Club
President (what does that mean?) I'm joking, in fact I've been working hard
lately to create a schedule that enables us to practice as a club at least
twice a week.
On Wednesdays from 3:00-4:30, Sensei will teach a class in the Patrick
Gymnasium gymnastics room.
On Tuesday at 6:45-7:45 PM, we are invited to practice downtown at the Dojo.
The Tuesday night class is most likely a lot more fast paced; however, I
jumped into it my second or so week of training. If you feel confident with
the basics, you should do fine, otherwise, Sensei may agree to let you
attend a more beginner level class another time or night at the Dojo.
I highly recommend experiencing the Dojo if you have not already. It has an
atmosphere most deserving to the art and beauty of Aikido. If you need
directions or a ride let me know. Also if you can provide transportation,
let me know (I have no car).
Please attempt to make a commitment to Aikido and help fuel the immense
potential this club possesses. If you know anyone else interested in Aikido
bring them along or have them contact either myself, Kirsten (Treasurer), or
Please feel free to offer any suggestions on how we can publicize our club
or if you have ANY ideas, complaints, words of wisdom, homework problems, no
I take the last one back, etc. I hope to see you all Wednesday. If you
want to get in touch with either Kirsten, Geoff or myself you can write to

If you want to write me personally my address is [log in to unmask] .
