Grafton's policy is to pay the 8 hour holiday time and pay the time worked.
Our crew has to have WORKED 40 hours before they get overtime or comp time.
For example - I count up the actual hours they worked during the week and if
it is 40 or less they get paid at regular rate and I put in for 8 hours of
holiday pay at their regular rate. If there are hours over 40 that are
worked during the week they are either paid overtime or accrue comp time.
