The Town of Hartland finished its reappraisal in April of 2002 at a cost of
$92,000 for 1488 parcels. The previous reappraisal was 1992. Our CLA last
year was 90.01% - this year it is 106.98% so we're in pretty good shape for
awhile. Good luck.
