 Colleen-

I understood that since I think 2000, all UCCs had to go in the Land Records
I charge $7 per page as with any other recording. I don't add to the UCC
files at all any more

Juli

PS- Are we still on for this afternoon??

Subject: UCC fees

Hi to all:

I received a call from a paralegal who is trying to do a closing and has to
file UCC’s in 25 diffferent towns. This is a fixture filing and by statute
it is to go into the land records i.e. copied and indexed into our land
record volumes vs a UCC file. This paralegal is finding vast differences
and no consistencies in the fees we are charging. What are other town doing
in this respect? I ‘d like to get back to her as soon as possible.

Thanks for your input.
