According to FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) the
following should be made available (by law) to all community members.

Schools in the (Put your district name here) may disclose designated
directory information on students without the prior consent of the parent
or eligible student, and without any record of such disclosure. The
following types of personally identifiable information have been
designated directory information:
Studentís name, age, sex, address, telephone number,
photograph, student i.d. number, class membership, date and place of
birth, grade level, major field of study, participation in or attendance
at officially recognized activities or sports, weight and height of
members of athletic teams, dates of attendance, and/or degrees, honors,
awards received and most recent previous educational agency or
institution attended and date and fact student graduated or otherwise
stopped attending school.
Disclosure may include such personally identifiable information contained
or reflected in photographs.
