Flying low across I-89  this afternoon at the southern marker for the
town of Rcihmond was a pileated woodpecker; yesterday behind the State
House parking lot in Montpelier was another pileated working at some
remains of a sumac. Flying across So. Willard St. in Burlington today
was a flock of about 25 robins. As an aside, I've thoroughly enjoyed the
"pitouhi" and "pigeons on the wire" postings. Certainly are some clever
