Two groups of Wild Turkeys, four in one, three in another, all females,
foraging just off the road.
A pair of Redtail Hawks, she hovering, wings beating in strong measured
rhythm, he in-flight to a tree top, then perched, watching his "companion."
She stooped, grabbed then flew upwards toward her companion, as she flew
nearer he took flight and they were gone; raptors . . . what else need be
said . . . .
Two crows off on side road enjoying "roadside" meal (mammal, black fur,
shiny, long and coarse, was not the entire creature, nor was there blood
seepage into the dirt and melted snow, and the tissue was fresh, still red,
edges looked torn; possibly dropped ??? Raven further into the field also
enjoying something ???
