Things to try:

Raisins soaked in warm water until plump
Store-bought cherries, blueberries, etc.
Mealworms or fishing nightcrawlers in a dish or bowl
Bluebird Nuggets

All need to be placed in a platform-type feeder or other feeder that will
allow access to big birds, or possibly on the ground under the tree.
